Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in California
- Experience in school settings, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy strongly preferred
- Background working with K-12 student populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized therapy plans
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students in K-12 settings
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans to support academic and developmental success
- Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Partner with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
- Adjust approaches as needed for teletherapy or in-person service delivery
