You'll provide occupational therapy services in a dynamic K-12 school environment. A variety of cases will allow you to further develop your skills, collaborate with educators, and help students reach their potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience with school-based occupational therapy (K-12 strongly preferred)
- Comfortable delivering therapy in person, via teletherapy, and home health as needed
- Ability to manage caseload and paperwork efficiently for the full school year
- Skilled communicator eager to engage with students, families, and school teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and developmental goals
- Flexibly provide therapy in schools, home settings, or remotely as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with staff and families
