Qualifications:
- California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Confidence working with K-12 populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and home health models highly valued
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across K-12
- Facilitate interventions both in person and via teletherapy platforms
- Conduct assessments and write reports
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and special education teams
- Maintain flexible service delivery, including home health as needed
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
