Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in school, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings
- Familiarity with IEPs and therapy documentation
- Passion for supporting K-12 learners with diverse needs
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct OT services in-person, home health, and/or teletherapy settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards
- Support student progress and independence throughout the academic year
