Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist licensure
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Relevant background in home health and healthcare OT is a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload across various grade levels (K-12)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct OT services and interventions within the school environment
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote students’ functional independence
- Document assessments, progress notes, and maintain compliance with required standards
- Adapt therapy approach to meet the specific needs of each student on your caseload
