Desired Qualifications:
- Licensure as an OT or COTA (with supervision)
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare settings
- Comfort with K–8 student populations and varied academic/behavioral needs
- Familiarity with IEP management systems, preferably SPED Forms
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services within a flexible 2–3 day per week schedule
- Serve a caseload of approximately 35 students in a small charter school
- Adapt service delivery through in-person, teletherapy, or hybrid models
- Engage collaboratively with the special education team
- Support students via push-in, pull-out, and consult models for effective service integration
