This assignment runs from now through late May 2027, spanning three schools in the Hazelwood District: Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School. You'll enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, giving you the opportunity to integrate fully into the school community.
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Experience providing OT services in a school setting highly valued
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites and with a diverse K-12 caseload
- Ability to complete district-required fingerprinting promptly (TCN number submission necessary)
- Willingness to sign and submit district technology forms as part of credentialing
- Positive communication skills and a passion for student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to students aligned with their IEPs in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions and monitor progress, supporting both students and educational staff
- Utilize technology as needed for documentation and communication
