Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
- Experience in school settings in OT roles strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a caseload across multiple campuses
- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for grades K–12
- Completion of fingerprinting for district credentialing (TCN submission required)
- Willingness to sign and submit district-required technology agreement
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT assessments and direct and consultative services to students at Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to develop and implement effective IEP interventions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records consistent with school district standards
- Communicate regularly with families about student progress and strategies for success
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to shape tailored student plans
- Travel between up to three assigned school locations within a typical 37.5-hour workweek
