Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri
- Prior experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Ability to travel between three assigned schools within the district
- Familiarity with age-appropriate OT interventions for both early learners and adolescents
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to design inclusive, effective therapy plans
- Participate in meetings and case conferences as needed to ensure students’ needs are met
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all therapy sessions and progress
- Adhere to all district credentialing and technology requirements, including timely completion of fingerprinting and requisite forms
