Essential Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in California
- Experience leading and participating in IEP meetings
- Familiarity with SEIS (preferred)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital documentation
- Previous school-based OT experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services aligned with IEP goals for students at multiple sites
- Serve a caseload of approximately 55 students (TK–12)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
- Maintain accurate service documentation and progress tracking
