Role Highlights:

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Current knowledge of best practices in school-based therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in keeping with IEPs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input for student plans
- Support students’ skill development in fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skills
