Qualifications:
- Active NV Occupational Therapy license required
- Prior experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for engaging with K-12 students and fostering a positive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students based on IEP goals and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and parents to support student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation within school timelines
- Participate in meetings, IEPs, and professional development as needed
