Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials
- Previous experience in school-based and/or home health OT preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled OT treatment to approximately 10-12 students each day
- Travel to assigned locations within Staten Island borough
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student goals
- Implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
