Licensed 1:1 School Occupational Therapist | Strasburg, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant certification to practice occupational therapy
- Previous experience working within a school setting is preferred
- Proven ability to provide direct 1:1 therapy to children
- Collaborative, communicative nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive when developing plans and documenting progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans
- Deliver direct one-on-one therapy sessions
- Track, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support goal setting
- Mentor and consult with educational staff as needed
