Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 occupational therapy services to students in line with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in meetings and contribute to developing IEPs
- Create a welcoming, motivating environment for students
