Occupational Therapist School Setting in Verdi, NV

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Nevada
- Proven experience in school-based, home health, or general healthcare OT environments
- Ability to effectively manage and serve a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Key Duties:
- Deliver individualized and group OT interventions designed to enhance students’ academic participation, fine motor skills, self-care, and independence
- Assess, document, and evaluate student progress while actively participating in the development of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support classroom modifications and facilitate student success
- Travel between assigned schools if required
- Utilize clinical expertise to support student needs in both school and (as needed) home-based therapy contexts
