- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for OT services
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based therapy interventions and strategies tailored to student goals
- Document session notes, progress reports, and IEP-related paperwork accurately and timely
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute therapy-related recommendations
- Provide training and support to staff on classroom modifications and strategies
- Adapt approach to address diverse learning and physical abilities within the school context
