Role Highlights:
- Deliver Occupational Therapy services within a hospital environment, working closely with patients and healthcare teams to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Current OT license (state-appropriate)
- Experience working in hospital-based therapy preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required or willingness to obtain, depending on the specific hospital unit assignment
- Adaptability to float across different facilities as needed
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to optimize patient care
- Educate patients and families on progressing through therapy programs and ensuring continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
