Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible shift options available
- Floating between Herrin, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joseph Memorial Hospital
Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Current BLS certification; NIHSS required for most areas
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required for specific hospital departments
- Experience in acute care, PCU, Med/Surg, ICU, or emergency department settings preferred
- Excellent adaptability, communication, and collaborative teamwork skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams across various hospital units
- Assess, plan, and document patient progress
- Float between multiple facilities, supporting departments as needed to ensure top-quality patient care
