Travel Occupational Therapist - Herrin, Illinois

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Flexibility on shift times
- Will float between Herrin and neighboring regional hospitals
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Willingness to travel between hospitals (Herrin, Carbondale, and St. Joseph's facilities)
- Prior hospital-based OT experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services in acute, rehab, or medical settings
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each facility
- Document patient progress and collaborate in care transitions
- Provide patient and family education as needed
