Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in California
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Preference given to those with previous school-based experience
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Ability to adapt clinical skills within an educational environment
Essential Duties:
- Work directly with students in small groups or 1:1 to implement therapy plans developed by supervising OTs
- Collect data and track student progress
- Assist in developing and adapting classroom materials and activities to promote student participation
- Communicate regularly with educational staff, therapists, and families as needed
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere
