Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Castleton, VT

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid COTA license or certification in the state
- Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy or with pediatric populations is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal setting for students
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple locations
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services according to IEP goals for students spanning preK through grade 12+
- Travel between 8 school sites to provide direct and consultative therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and implement effective support strategies
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Contribute to team meetings and multidisciplinary efforts
