Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply

- Ability to work collaboratively with occupational therapists, educators, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the occupational therapist in implementing therapy plans and interventions tailored to each student's needs
- Support students in developing functional skills for classroom participation and daily living
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session activities
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate therapy strategies into classroom routines
- Attend meetings and contribute to IEP documentation as needed
