Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current COTA certification and California licensure.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist according to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to the interdisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the development of adaptive tools and strategies that facilitate student participation.
- Attend team meetings, IEP discussions, and parent conferences as needed.
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and changing schedules.
