Make an immediate impact supporting students across multiple K-12 sites as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a contract basis. Key Qualifications:
- Valid CA COTA license required
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations
- Organized, flexible, and comfortable in a K-12 setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, according to IEP/504 goals
- Assist in implementing treatment plans and collecting data to measure progress
- Support students’ independence and participation in the classroom and school routines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to deliver holistic support
- Maintain timely, accurate records and support required reporting
- Facilitate activities and modifications to promote student success
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability across diverse settings and grade levels
Assignment Details:
- ASAP start with assignment scheduled through May 28th, 2027
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week as an itinerant provider in a K-12 school environment
