School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Maple Grove, Minnesota

Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid COTA license in Minnesota
- Recent experience supporting children in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to collaborating with OTs, teachers, and families
- Skilled in adapting interventions for diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of district OTs
- Implement activity plans and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student growth plans
- Adapt activities and learning environments to promote maximum participation and independence
