Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current COTA license in California

- Assist in assessing student needs and develop tailored intervention plans in collaboration with supervising OTs
- Implement therapy activities and monitor student progress across various grade levels
- Document session outcomes and maintain thorough records
- Communicate regularly with educational staff and families to foster holistic student development
- Support classroom participation, fine motor skills, and functional independence
- Adapt activities and environments to maximize student engagement
