School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Santa Clara, California

With a consistent part-time schedule—three days per week, six hours daily (8:15 am to 2:40 pm)—you’ll maintain a great work-life balance while providing vital support throughout the district.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work at multiple school sites within the district
- Commitment to supporting students of varying ages and diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of licensed OTs
- Assist in implementing student-specific treatment programs
- Contribute to documentation and progress tracking for IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and therapists
- Travel between district sites as scheduled to provide comprehensive support
