Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in New Mexico
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Proven ability to deliver personalized, student-centered therapy
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services for three students (2-3 hours/week)
- Service time allocation: 240 minutes/month, 120 minutes/month, and 120 minutes/year per individual plan
- Deliver therapy using a mix of teletherapy and on-site approaches as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ learning and development
- Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
