Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license and registration in New Mexico
- Experience with school-based OT programs preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
- Ability to create and adapt individualized therapy plans
- Effective time management for service delivery within specified hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy to 3 students, as outlined:
• One student: 240 minutes per month
• One student: 120 minutes per month
• One student: 120 minutes per year - Deliver direct therapy sessions as well as teletherapy when appropriate
- Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in accordance with student needs and goals
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Complete timely, accurate documentation for all services provided
- Act as a resource for families regarding student therapy goals and progress
