Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active license as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in a school-based setting, especially with teletherapy models
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and school staff
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a small student caseload
- Commitment to providing individualized service in a virtual environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to three students on a staggered schedule, totaling approximately 2–3 hours per week
- 240 minutes per month for one student
- 120 minutes per month for another student
- 120 minutes per year for the third student
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide goal-oriented input for each student
- Document service delivery and student progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with team members and family as needed to optimize student success
- Maintain clear communication and scheduling to meet all prescribed service times
