Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time, virtual caseload
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services virtually to 3 students according to their IEPs/service plans
- Deliver approximately 2-3 hours of OT per week, divided among three individual students
- Allocate session time as follows:
- 240 minutes per month for one student
- 120 minutes per month for another student
- 120 minutes per year for a third student
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with the educational team
- Adjust therapy plans to maximize student engagement and outcomes in a remote context
