School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Federal Way, WA | 2026-2027 School Year
We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Federal Way, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year! If you're passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Full-Time
- 2026-2027 School Year
- School-Based Setting
- Caseload and school assignment determined based on district needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
- Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional school skills
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification, or eligibility to obtain, may be required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
