School Occupational Therapist | Bellevue, Washington

This is a contract role with an immediate start date and runs through June 30, 2027, offering up to full-time hours on site.

Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license
- OSPI certification (preferred)
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Flexibility and adaptability when meeting diverse student needs across K–12 grade levels
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for occupational therapy services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and deliver recommendations to support student learning
- Provide direct therapy tailored to individual IEP goals
