School Occupational Therapist | Kent, Washington

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in Washington State
- OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) certification strongly preferred
- Experience working in K–12 schools or with pediatric populations
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services for students K–12
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate strategies in the classroom and home
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
