Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington state OT license
- OSPI certification preferred
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for various age groups, K–12
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and develop individualized therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals in the education team
- Document interventions, progress, and maintain compliance with program and state requirements
- Provide training and resources to staff and families to support carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary planning
