Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) for practice in Oregon
- Experience delivering pediatric or school-based occupational therapy services
- Ability to assess student needs and develop measurable goals for educational access
- Skilled in selection and monitoring of adaptive equipment
- Strong consultative, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Experience supervising therapy assistants preferred
- Willingness to travel within the service area as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate students and collaborate with educational teams to develop appropriate OT plans
- Provide consultative, indirect, and direct occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement staff training programs to support student goals
- Select, fit, and monitor adaptive equipment to enhance student participation
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports
- Supervise and support therapy assistants as assigned
