Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapy licensure

- Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to adapt activities to a diverse age and ability range
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify motor, sensory, and functional challenges impacting learning
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to support each student’s unique needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate occupational therapy strategies in the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering recommendations and progress updates
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in school-based OT
