- Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in compliance with IEP requirements
- Deliver targeted OT interventions within classroom, small group, and individual settings
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and recommended strategies or accommodations
- Document services provided, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the student support team
