Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license required (must be verified).
- Previous experience in school-based OT preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to address academic life skills, high-level autism, communication, and behavioral needs.
- Experience with elementary-aged children (ages 3 to 5th grade) strongly desired.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services (21 hours weekly) as part of a 35-hour onsite work week.
- Set your own schedule based on caseload, with building administrator approval.
- Serve multiple schools within the district (details finalized during interview).
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and communication needs.
- Participate in district-wide mentorship and collaborative support systems.
