With four positions available, you’ll impact diverse caseloads across several locations, focusing on academic life skills, high-level autism support, communication, and behavioral needs—all while collaborating closely with a robust district mentorship program.
Highlights of the Role:
- Full-time commitment: 35 hours per week
- Onsite only; must be present in person
- Flexibility to create your own schedule centered around caseload needs (with building administrator approval)
- Elementary-aged students from 3 years old through 5th grade
- Varied caseloads (details can be personalized during the interview process)
- At least 21 weekly hours dedicated to direct therapy services
- Collaboration with strong district-based behavioral and professional support
- Opportunity to serve across multiple schools if desired
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy license in Maryland (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability supporting students with autism, communication, and behavioral challenges

- Ability to work independently while also being part of a broader therapy and education team
