Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with educational staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to progress reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings
- Educate and support teachers, staff, and families regarding strategies to maximize student participation
- Monitor and track student progress, modifying interventions as necessary to achieve established goals
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate students’ access to curriculum and school activities
