- Solid understanding of IEP processes, IDEA, and best practices in school OT
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative OT services within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all required guidelines
- Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive devices as appropriate
