Qualifications & Experience:
- Active New Mexico state licensure (NMRLD) and NMPED certification required by the start date—NMPED certification is quick to obtain for prepared applicants
- Experienced OTs and COTAs welcome; OTs should be comfortable supervising COTA(s)
- Proven ability to effectively serve diverse caseloads and travel between multiple school locations
- Strong communicator, with a passion for student-centered therapy in educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students spanning all grade levels
- Supervise and mentor COTAs to ensure top-quality care and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other related service providers for holistic student support
- Flexibly schedule and organize services across various schools within the district
