This is a contract position for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to serve a diverse K-12 caseload near Rockville, MD for the upcoming school year, from August 18, 2025, to May 28, 2026. In this vibrant setting, you’ll work with approximately 25 students with varying abilities, making a significant impact across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications:
- Current, active MD SLP license required
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy, healthcare, and home health OT settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services for K-12 students
- Evaluate and assess students to determine needs and track progress
- Create and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
