Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to children ages birth to five within early childhood programs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations related to Child Find referrals
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and parents for at-home and classroom strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings, IEP/IFSP processes, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Occupational Therapy license (MD OT License) required
- Previous experience in pediatric, early intervention, or school-based settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Child Find and early childhood development principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
