Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document and track interventions, maintaining compliance with required reporting standards
- Provide direct therapy sessions both individually and in group settings
- Participate in team meetings to review student progress and update goals as needed
- Offer consultation and training to educational staff related to occupational therapy strategies
