Occupational Therapist School Setting in Marlborough, MA

Qualifications and experience that will set you apart:
- Previous experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist in a school setting (K-8 preferred)
- Valid OT license in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and implementation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseload and adapt treatment strategies to individual needs
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluating students' functional skills in areas of need
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to support student integration and success
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student progress
