Qualifications:
- Valid ESA certificate issued by OSPI (Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
- Relevant occupational therapy credentials (OT in a school-based setting)
- Willingness to work districtwide with students of all ages
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services to approximately 60 students across the district
- Develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and track progress toward individualized goals
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students, families, and colleagues
