Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility in the state
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, caregivers, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and establish therapy goals
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Support students in building fine motor, sensory processing, daily living, and behavioral regulation skills
- Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom modifications and accommodations
- Maintain clear, accurate records and progress reports for assigned students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
