Preference is given to candidates who have prior experience working in school settings and are comfortable managing a caseload spanning early childhood through middle school.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Arizona
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in pediatric and school-based OT
- Experience working with PreK-8th grade students preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to developing creative and individualized interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services across PreK-8th grade students
- Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement strategies that enhance student participation and performance
- Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
