What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
- Previous experience working in schools (preferred)
- Background in servicing PreK–8th grade populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving student and district needs
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and intervention for students PreK–8th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student success across settings
- Support students in developing essential fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills for school participation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required
